Vodafone Turkey, officially known as Vodafone Telekomünikasyon Anonim Şirketi, is a Turkish mobile telecommunications company. It was established following the incorporation of Telsim, a company originally founded by the Uzan Group, into the Vodafone Group on 28 December 2005. The company transitioned from the Telsim brand to Vodafone Turkey on 24 May 2006. Vodafone Group, a leading global mobile communication company in terms of revenue, is the principal owner of Vodafone Turkey.

Vodafone Ukraine, previously known as MTS Ukraine and Ukrainian Mobile Communications (UMC), is the second largest mobile network operating in Ukraine. The company, which was Ukraine's major cellular operator in 1993, was purchased by Mobile TeleSystems in 2003. In 2015, an expanded strategic partnership between Mobile TeleSystems and Vodafone led to the rebranding of MTS Ukraine to Vodafone Ukraine. Yemen Mobile is a telecommunications network provider operating in Yemen. Established in 2004 by the Yemen Ministry of Telecommunication, it was the first CDMA network operator in the Middle East.
