Description
The Poynting DASH-1 is an ultra-low profile, omni-directional 4G antenna designed for smart meter applications. Operating within the 698 to 2700 MHz frequency range, it supports a broad spectrum of wireless high-speed data applications, including 4G LTE, GSM, M2M, DTV, and more. This whip antenna, constructed from durable ABS plastic and polycarbonate, is IP65 certified for excellent dust and water resistance, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments from -40 °C to 70 °C.
Weighing just 0.06 kg, the DASH-1 features a compact design measuring 258 x 13 x 34 mm, making it ideal for installations where space is at a premium. Its single MCX female interface, connected via a 1000 mm RG-174 cable, offers straightforward integration into existing systems. The antenna's linear polarisation and 50 Ω impedance ensure optimal signal clarity and performance, with a peak gain of up to 4.0 dBi and a VSWR of <3.0:1.
