Description

Commscope LDF4RK-50A HELIAX is a half-inch corrugated copper cable with a low-density foam dielectric. LDF4RK-50A is a sub-variant of Andrews LDF4-50A, with the RK variant using a non-halogenated and fire retardant polyolefin outer jacket.

The LDF4-50A series 1/2" cables have been manufactured by Andrews (now a Commscope brand) since 1971. Fire retardant half-inch corrugated cables form an essential component of distributed antenna systems (DAS). Half-inch is a common distribution feeder size due to its very low attenuation at cellular frequencies, and modest diameter making it relatively easy to handle.
