Airtel-Vodafone Limited is a mobile network operator based in Jersey and Guernsey, Channel Islands. It was established as a joint venture between Bharti Airtel and Vodafone. The company first commenced operations in Jersey in June 2007 and later expanded to Guernsey in March 2008. The corporate ownership of Airtel-Vodafone is shared between Bharti Airtel, an Indian multinational telecommunications services company, and Vodafone, a British multinational telecommunications company. The company is regulated by the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities.
