Almadar Aljadeed is a Libyan telecommunications network, providing services to the Libyan market. The company was established in 1985, making it one of the first telecommunications providers in the country. The ownership of Almadar Aljadeed is held by the Libyan Post Telecommunications & Information Technology Company (LPTIC), a holding company formed in 2005. LPTIC, as the parent company, holds the ownership of major communications companies in Libya. Almadar Aljadeed, as a subsidiary, operates independently within its specific market.
