Cellcom Israel is an Israeli telecommunications company that was established in 1994. The company's primary focus is on wireless services, with its operations revolutionising the wireless services sector in Israel through the provision of services at significantly reduced rates compared to its competitors. Daniel Sapir currently serves as the CEO of the company. Cellcom Israel operates a 5G network in collaboration with Golan Telecom, WeCom, and Walla Mobile. The company also provides an Over The Top (OTT) service known as Cellcom TV, an IPTel landline service, and an international dialing service. Additionally, it serves as one of the billing agencies for electrical power in Israel.
Cellcom 3G Network
The company launched 3G UMTS over B1 (2100 MHz) in June 2006 and following the deactivation of legacy TDMA services deployed a B5 (850 MHz) 3G service in 2011.

Cellcom 4G Network
4G LTE began in August 2014 with the refarming of 2x5 MHz of B3 (1800 MHz) spectrum previously used for GSM. LTE services are expected to widen to a 20 MHz channel with the eventual switch-off of 2G GSM.
