Flow St Kitts & Nevis is a telecommunications company operating in the Caribbean islands of Saint Kitts & Nevis. It markets cable television, internet, telephone, and wireless services under the trade name 'Flow'. The company was formerly a part of Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC), a major telecommunications provider in the Caribbean. In 2015, following CWC's acquisition of Columbus, it was determined that the Flow brand would replace the Lime brand across the merged company. The transition to the Flow brand began in July 2015. The company also expanded its reach to the Dutch and French Caribbean by acquiring United Telecommunications Service (UTS), replacing the UTS brand with Flow.
