The Federated States of Micronesia Telecommunications Corporation (FSMTC), commonly known as FSM Telecom, is a public corporation established under Title 21 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia in 1983. Governed by the laws of the FSM, FSMTC operates with the mission to provide modern, cost-effective telecommunications services to its customers.
