IT&E Guam is a telecommunications company based in Guam. Established in 1986, it provides a range of services including mobile, internet and digital television services to both residential and commercial customers. The company is a subsidiary of PTI Pacifica Inc., a privately held company based in the United States.
IConnect Guam, also known under the names Choice Phone LLC, iCan GSM, and Wave Runner LLC, was a telecommunications company based in Guam. On 22 September 2020, IT&E acquired the assets of iConnect Guam, including its wireless network. This acquisition marked a new chapter in the company's history, integrating it into the portfolio of IT&E.
3G Network
3G UMTS began August 2009 over the B2 (1900 MHz) band, which was upgraded to HSPA+ in July 2011.

4G Network
On September 3, 2014 the company, then iConnect, launched 4G LTE services over the B12 (700 MHz) band. In 2015 IT&E's 4G LTE network was extended to the CNMI.

5G Network
In March 2019 SK Telecom announced that it would work together with IT&E to implement a 5G fixed wireless service over n257 (28 GHz). IT&E has secured 1150 MHz of bandwidth in the 28 GHz frequency band and aims to launch the first ever 5G service in the region.
