Libya Telecom & Technology (LTT) is a state-owned telecommunications company operating in Libya. The company was originally established in 1997 by Ahmed A. Al-Mosbahi, who also served as the Chairman of LTT and all telecom companies in Libya. LTT is a monopoly within the Libyan ISP sector and is the country's most-utilised service provider. The company offers a range of services, including DSL and WiMAX. In 2018, LTT announced the launch of its LTT4G network.
Following the Libyan Civil War and the collapse of the Gaddafi regime, LTT has been working to revamp its network and services. However, the company has faced a number of challenges, including internal conflict and strain on services.
