Millicom International Cellular SA is a telecommunications company providing services throughout Latin America and Africa, headquartered in Luxembourg. It was founded on 14 December 1990 by Shelby Bryan, Jan Stenbeck, Telma Sosa, and Olvin Galdamez.

Millicom's main shareholder is French billionaire Xavier Niel, who owns 29.14% of the company.
