The Office des Postes et Telecommunications (OPT) is a public establishment in New Caledonia, a French overseas territory in the South Pacific. It operates a mobile network on the islands under the brand name Mobilis. Founded in 1965, OPT provides postal, banking, and telecommunications services to the residents and businesses of New Caledonia. It operates under the supervision of the Government of New Caledonia and its Director is appointed by the French High Commissioner.
