Personal Paraguay

Personal Paraguay is a telecommunications company operating in Paraguay. It is a subsidiary of Telecom Argentina, one of the major telecommunications groups in the region. Personal Paraguay was established in 1998, making it one of the first mobile telecommunication companies in Paraguay. The company was originally owned by the state under the name COPACO, but was later privatised and sold to Telecom Argentina. Today, Personal Paraguay provides a range of communication services including mobile, internet and data services across the country.
