Tele2 Latvia is a telecommunications company operating in Latvia. The company is a subsidiary of Tele2 AB, a Swedish multinational telecommunications company. Tele2 Latvia was established in 2000 and has since been one of the largest nationwide Mobile Network Operators in the country. The company provides a range of telecommunications services, including mobile and fixed connectivity, data network services, TV, streaming and global Internet of Things services.
3G Network
The company launched its 3G network in Q4 2006 over the B1 (2100 MHz) band. The network was upgraded to HSPA+ in 2011 and DC-HSPA+ in 2012.

4G Network
The company's 4G LTE network was launched in December 2013 using the B3 (1800 MHz) band. The network was expanded in July 2015 with the addition of B20 (800 MHz) and in December that year B7 (2600 MHz) to create a 3C network.

5G Network
Tele2 launched its 5G network in Latvia in January 2020, using a combination of n28 for low-band and n78 for mid-band. The network was upgraded to Standalone (SA) in February 2022.
