3G Network
Then known as Omnitel, the company launched 3G UMTS services over the B1 (2100 MHz) band in June 2006. The network was upgraded to HSPA+ in July 2012 and DC-HSPA+ in March 2014.
In September 2018 the company announced that it would shut down its 2G and 3G networks.

4G Network
Again then known as Omnitel, the company launched 4G LTE services in April 2011, initially in Vilnius. The network initially used the B3 (1800 MHz) band but later added B7 (2600 MHz) after securing additional spectrum in a March 2012 auction.
In November 2014 the company added B20 (800 MHz) and implemented LTE-Advanced using 2C aggregation (CA_3A-20A). In December 2015 the company implemented 3C CA.
LTE-A Pro technology was implemented in February 2016 with 4x4 MIMO and 256QAM taking the network to 750 Mb/s.

5G Network
The first Telia Lietuva 5G mobile network stations were installed in Vilnius – Žvėrynas in December 2018. The company is currently using a non-commercial frequency for the 5G that is in the 3.75 gigahertz range. It was provided by the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania on Telia Lietuva request. The network was commercially launched using n1 (2100 MHz) in January 2021, later expanding to add n28 and n78 in October 2022.
Telia's 5G network has demonstrated data rates of 1.8 Gb/s.
