Telkomcel Telin

Telkomcel is a mobile telecommunication service based in Timor-Leste. The company was established on 17 September 2012 and officially launched its operations on 17 January 2013. Telkomcel is a subsidiary of Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (TL) S.A., a prominent telecommunications company in Indonesia. The company's business is divided into three main sectors: mobile services, corporate solution, and wholesale and international services. As of its establishment, Telkomcel has managed to attract a significant number of mobile subscribers and provides extensive mobile coverage across Timor-Leste. On 24 June 2013, Telkomcel became a member of the Bridge Alliance, a collaboration of mobile operators across Asia, Australia, and Africa.
