Telecom Malagasy, branded as Telma, is the second mobile network operating in the Comoros archipelago. The company was launched in December 2015 following Autorite Nationale de Regulation des TIC provided the company an operating licence in October that year. Telecom Malagasy operates as a subsidiary of its Madagascan parent by the same name; a company resulting from a Consortium composed of AXIAN Group, TELMA Mobile, SOFIMA, and NJJ Capital.
