TN Mobile is a telecommunications company based in Namibia, providing cellular and internet services. Initially introduced as Cell One and later rebranded as Leo, it is now the second largest mobile operator in Namibia. The company came under the full ownership of Telecom Namibia, a state-owned entity, in 2012 following approval by the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN). The full incorporation process was completed in 2013, leading to the creation of TN Mobile as Telecom Namibia's mobile division. Telecom Namibia has since expanded and upgraded TN Mobile's network to a 4G LTE network with an IMS core. This has enabled the company to offer Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) products, a first in the Namibian market, as well as pre-paid 4G LTE devices.
3G Network
The company launched its 3G network in April 2008 over the B1 (2100 MHz) band. The network was upgraded to HSPA+ in 2013.
