Touch is a prominent telecommunications provider in Lebanon. Established in 2004, the company was initially managed by MTC Group, now known as Zain Group, until 2012. Since then, Touch has been under the management and operation of Zain Group, a leading mobile telecommunications provider in the Middle East and North Africa. The ownership of Touch is vested in the Republic of Lebanon, represented by the Ministry of Telecommunications. Touch provides a range of mobile telecommunication services to individuals and businesses across Lebanon.

4G Network
Following tests in early 2013, Touch launched its 4G LTE service in May 2013 over B3 (1800 MHz), later deploying LTE-A "4.5G" in September 2016 with carrier aggregation of B20 (800 MHz) in collaboration with Huawei.
