Tuvalu Telecommunication Corporation (TTC) is a government-owned corporation responsible for providing telecommunications services within the Pacific island nation of Tuvalu. Established in 1976, TTC is the primary provider of telecommunication services in the country, ensuring connectivity among its nine inhabited islands. The corporation is wholly owned by the Government of Tuvalu, reflecting its critical role in supporting national communication infrastructure.
The corporation began telephony operations in 1993, providing fixed line telephone communications and internet services to subscribers on each island and mobile phone services on Funafuti, Vaitupu, Nukulaelae, Nanumea, and Niutao. Apart from a few services operated by the ICT department and other government agencies, TTC owns and operates most the ICT/telecommunication infrastructure in the country.
