Vodafone Fiji is a prominent telecommunications company operating in the Republic of Fiji. Founded in 1994, the company is a subsidiary of Amalgamated Telecom Holdings (ATH), a large telecommunications conglomerate based in Fiji. ATH owns a majority stake in Vodafone Fiji, with the remainder held by the Fiji National Provident Fund, a government-owned superannuation fund.

Vodafone Fiji activated its 4G LTE-Advanced network, branded 4G+, in August 2016. The network aggregates two channels of B3 (1800 MHz) to provide peak data rates up to 225 Mbps. By end of year 2018 LTE-A coverage had reached 85% of Fijians.
