Vodafone Iceland, officially registered as Fjarskipti hf, is an Icelandic telecommunications entity franchised under the Vodafone brand. The company, despite bearing the Vodafone trademark, is not owned by the Vodafone Group. Instead, it operates independently under the ownership of Sýn, an Icelandic company. The Vodafone brand and associated advertising styles are merely franchised to Vodafone Iceland, making it the first partner network to hold the Vodafone brand. The company was formerly known as Og Vodafone until October 5, 2006, when it rebranded to its current name.

The company provides a range of telecommunications services, including mobile (2G/3G/4G), fixed-line, ADSL, VDSL, and fiber internet services to both individuals and businesses. Additionally, it offers managed multicast IPTV and pay television services over digital terrestrial television, DVB-T2. Vodafone Iceland also previously managed Digital Iceland, the MMDS broadcasting system for 365 corporation, from November 22, 2006, until its closure in 2017. The company also has a contractual obligation until 2028 to operate a digital transmission system, which serves all of Iceland in partnership with the Icelandic public broadcaster, RÚV.
