Alias
TDD 2500

Positioned in the 2.5 GHz range, Band 41 balances coverage and densification. This makes it a valuable asset in urban and densely populated areas where the demand for data services is elevated. The TDD configuration allows operators the flexibility in bandwidth allocation, adeptly managing variances in uplink and downlink traffic.

Similar to Band 38, a number of countries use the 2.5 GHz band for TDD 4G after refarming ageing WiMAX to the more efficient LTE protocol.
