RMR 1900

The "RMR 1900" band operates in a TDD configuration from 1900 to 1910 MHz. It is another element of the EU's Future Railway Mobile Communications System (FRMCS) initiative, intended to upgrade the current GSM-R system with superior capabilities to better serve railway communications. The n101 band was introduced in the 3GPP Release 17.5 in April 2022.
