Identified as the "AWS-4" band, the n70 band operates within the 1695 to 2020 MHz spectrum range and is used for 5G NR5G NR: 5G was developed with three broad use case families in mind: enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB), massive machine-type communications (mMTC) and ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC). eMBB focuses on across-the-board enhancements to the data rate, latency, user density, capacity and… networks in North America. Named after the Advanced Wireless Services (AWS) spectrum, this band is significant for its balance of capacity enablement and coverage. Despite its comparatively narrow allotment, the band plays a vital role in meeting the high data rate demands of dense urban environments.
