L-Band
Designated as the "L-Band," the n74 band operates within the 1500 MHz spectrum and is available for use in 5G NR networks across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The band is adopted in line with the 3GPP Release 15.3 and is valuable for its balance of coverage and capacity, aiding in the delivery of high-speed mobile broadband services. The term "L-Band" refers to the 1 to 2 GHz portion of the electromagnetic spectrum and it gets its name from its historical use in long range radar.
