UL n39

This band, known as the "UL n39", is a supplemental uplink band operating from 1880 to 1920 MHz. It was allocated for use in China, and matches the FDD uplink frequency of the n39 band. The n98 band was introduced in the 3GPP Release 17.0 in January 2021.
