Description
TRB140 LTE Ethernet Gateway is a small, lightweight and energy efficient IoT device equipped with mission-critical LTE capabilities, a RJ45 10/100/1000 Mbps port and a Linux environment offering a high degree of customisation, designed to do IoT projects with ease.
TRB140's compact design makes this gateway perfect for an application where a sole gadget must be granted reliable Internet connectivity. TRB140 is engineered to be used in an Industrial application therefore it has a wide range of software features such as SMS control, Firewall, Open VPN, IPsec, RMS and FOTA support.
The device is available from Teltonika in a range of form factors, from PCB-only to a full aluminium case variation.
Based on OpenWRT, this device consists of a durable SBC with an integrated Quectel Cat 4 LTE chipset, with a fully open source and customisable Linux OS. The device has a 512 MB flash memory, with 70 MB allocated for user space applications - allowing additional daemons and custom services to be run to meet your specific application.
Note that Cat 4's max DL data rate is 150 Mbps - as this device only implements SISO it's maximum downlink data rate is 75 Mbps.
