Description
The CommScope 78EZNM Type N Male EZfit® connector is designed for 7/8 in FXL-780, AVA5-50, and AVA5-50FX coaxial cables. This N Male connector features a straight body and free-hanging mounting style, employing a captivated attachment mechanism for reliable connections. With dimensions of 57.91 x 37.08 mm and a weight of 152.89 g, it is robustly constructed with a silver-plated body and inner contacts, ensuring durability through more than 500 mating cycles.
Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C, the connector supports frequencies up to 5000 GHz while maintaining a 3rd Order PIM rating of ≤ -116 dBc. It offers an input impedance of 50 Ω, inner contact resistance of ≤ 2 mΩ, and insulation resistance of ≥ 5000 mΩ. The connector can handle peak power up to 10000 kW and an RF operating voltage of ≤ 707 Vrms.
Compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Management and RoHS certifications, the 78EZNM has been tested to meet IEC 60068-2-6 vibration standards. At 50 MHz, it boasts a VSWR of ≤ 1.02:1 and an insertion loss of 0.05 dB, ensuring minimal signal loss and excellent return loss performance.
