TS-9 Male

The TS-9 RF connector is compact and cylindrical in shape, typically measuring approximately 3.8 mm in diameter. It features a gold-plated center pin and a smooth coupling mechanism. The exterior is often made of nickel-plated brass for durability and corrosion resistance. It is designed to be easily connected and disconnected, however its lack of tactile or audible confirmation of engagement historically had lead to user error. The TS-9 RF connector is commonly used in mini PCI cards and modems due to its small size and reliable performance.

TS-9 Male connectors have no controlled manufacture, however are identified by a 3.5 mm inner diameter and 3.8 mm outer diameter. The male connector is mostly found on interconnecting coaxial cables, although occasionally on small direct connecting external antennas.
