Airtel Rwanda is a telecommunications company operating in Rwanda. It is a subsidiary of Airtel Africa, a multinational company providing telecommunications and mobile money services across 14 countries in Africa. Airtel Africa is majority owned by the Indian telecommunications company Bharti Airtel. Airtel Rwanda was established after Bharti Airtel was granted a mobile services operating license by the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency in September 2011. The company launched its services in the country on 30 March 2012.

In December 2017, Airtel Rwanda acquired Tigo Rwanda, a competitor in the market, at a reported cost of $60-70 million. This acquisition positioned Airtel Rwanda as the second largest mobile operator in the country with a 40% market share. The company operated under the name Airtel-Tigo following the merger, until it was rebranded as Airtel Rwanda in January 2020.
