Cellcard, also known as MobiTel, is a telecommunications company that operates in Cambodia. Founded in 1997, it is one of the country's leading mobile telecommunications operators. The company is a subsidiary of the Royal Group of Companies, a large and diverse conglomerate based in Cambodia. The Royal Group, led by Kith Meng, has a majority stake in Cellcard.
