Crnogorski Telekom is a leading telecommunications operator headquartered in Podgorica, Montenegro. The company, popularly known as "Montenegrin Telekom", is the largest telecommunications entity in the country, offering a range of services including fixed-line, mobile, IPTV, internet, ICT and cloud services. It was legally established as Crnogorski Telekom a.d. Podgorica and has been serving a significant customer base in both mobile and fixed line businesses.

The formation of Crnogorski Telekom is a result of several corporate changes and acquisitions. The original state-owned Postal and Telecommunications Company "PTT" was split into two entities in 1998, leading to the creation of Montenegro Post and Telekom Montenegro. In 2005, Telekom Montenegro was acquired by Magyar Telekom, thereby becoming a part of the Deutsche Telekom Group. Further corporate restructuring in 2009 merged Crnogorski Telekom a.d., T-Mobile Crna Gora d.o.o. and Internet Crna Gora d.o.o. into a single legal entity, known as Crnogorski Telekom a.d. As of 2017, the complete stake of Magyar Telekom in Crnogorski Telekom A.D. is owned by Hrvatski Telekom, of which Deutsche Telekom AG holds a 51% share.
