Digi Mobil Romania, also known as RCS & RDS, is a telecommunications holding company operating in Romania. The company was founded by Zoltán Teszári, along with Ioan Bendei and other businessmen in 1992, initially as TVS Holding Brasov, providing cable television services in Brașov and Timișoara. The company underwent a name change in 1997 to Romania Cable Systems SA (RCS), and simultaneously established Romania Data System SA (RDS) to offer internet services.

The company is majority-owned by founder Zoltán Teszári and has been publicly listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since May 16, 2017. The holding company has undergone various mergers, acquisitions, and divestments throughout its operational history, including the merger of RCS and RDS in 2005 to form RCS & RDS. The company has expanded its services over the years, notably launching its Digi TV satellite television platform in Romania in December 2004 and relaunching its mobile phone service in 2014, followed by the introduction of 4G service in 2015.
