Ice is a telecommunications company operating in Norway. It was founded in 2003 as Nordisk Mobiltelefon and is currently owned by Access Industries, a privately held industrial group based in the United States. It was originally a subsidiary of AINMT Holdings AB, a Swedish company, until it became an independent entity in 2009. Ice provides both mobile and fixed-line services, with a focus on the consumer market. The company has made significant investments to expand its network coverage and capacity in Norway.
3G Network
Under the fair-competition agreement Tele2's Network Norway infrastructure was to be sold to ice, allowing the company to offer 2G GSM and 3G UMTS services. The network has since been shut down and refarmed into 5G.

4G Network
In June 2015 ice converted its ageing 450 MHz service into an LTE B31 (450 MHz) network. Following the sale of Tele2 to Telia in 2015, the Norwegian Competition Authority stipulated that a roaming agreement be established to permit ice to roam onto the Telia network.
Having held unused spectrum since December 2013, ice has progressively deployed B3 (1800 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), and B20 (800 MHz) services across the country.
