5G Network

Perfectum Mobile has been proactive in embracing the next generation of mobile technology by planning the deployment of a 5G standalone (SA) network. In 2024, the company announced its acquisition of frequency resources in the n5 low-band FDD and n77 mid-band TDD spectrum, crucial for 5G deployment. Perfectum chose the 5G SA model to maximise the capabilities of the latest mobile communication technologies. The company entered into a partnership with e& (Etisalat) and selected Nokia as a partner for the network infrastructure. The commercial launch of the 5G SA network was planned for early 2025 in Tashkent, with a gradual extension to other regions over the next two years. This strategic investment aligns with Uzbekistan's digital transformation agenda and aims to support various advanced technologies, including IoT, smart city solutions, autonomous vehicles, and telemedicine.
