Salam Mobile is a telecommunications network provider based in Chad, Africa. The company, Sotel Tchad (ST), was established in 2000 following privatisation of government infrastructure. The company was later sold to Libyan company Lap Green in 2010, only to be returned to state control during the Libyan war.
