Telenor Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited is the second largest cellular & digital services provider in Pakistan. It is a subsidiary of Telenor Group, an international provider of voice, data, content and mobile communication services. Telenor Pakistan was established after acquiring a license for providing GSM services in Pakistan in April 2004. The company launched its services commercially in Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi on 15 March 2005, and expanded to Lahore, Faisalabad and Hyderabad on 23 March 2005. The corporate headquarters of Telenor Pakistan are in Islamabad, with regional offices across the country. The official opening of Telenor Pakistan was held in Islamabad, attended by a Telenor delegation headed by the president and CEO of Telenor Group, Jon Fredrik Baksaas, along with then CEO of Telenor Pakistan, Tore Johnsen. The company's new headquarters, named '345', was inaugurated in Islamabad on 1 November 2017.
3G Network
The company has provided 2G GSM services over the 900 and 1800 MHz bands since 2005, and in June 2014 launched 3G UMTS over B1 (2100 MHz) and later over B5 (850 MHz), both with HSPA+ data services.

4G Network
4G LTE was commercially launched in August 2016 over the B5 (850 MHz) band, using a 5 MHz channel, and added a further 5 MHz of B3 (1800 MHz). It has been noted that some areas of Pakistan Telenor are only using a 3 MHz channel of B3 (1800 MHz).
Telenor Pakistan announced the successful implementation of VoLTE over its national network in February 2019.
