Telia Denmark is a prominent telecommunications company operating within Denmark. It was established in May 1995 following the liberalisation of the Danish telecommunications market. The company is a subsidiary of Telia Company, a Swedish multinational telecommunications company. Telia Company holds the majority stake in Telia Denmark, reinforcing its position as a key player in the Nordic and Baltic telecommunications markets.
A network sharing agreement between Telenor DK and Telia was forged in 2012, resulting in the establishment of a common infrastructure company (TT-Netværket P/S) to operate a joint radio access network.
3G Network
The company has provided 2G GSM services over the 900 and 1800 MHz bands since Julne 1997, and 3G UMTS services over the B1 (2100 MHz) band since December 2007. A B8 (900 MHz) UMTS service was added in 2012 to improve regional coverage, and the network upgraded to support DC-HSPA+ in 2014. The network has since been shut down.

4G Network
Telia was the first in Denmark to commercially activate its 4G LTE network, launching a B7 (2600 MHz) service in December 2010 using a 20 MHz channel width. The service was extended further in October 2011 with the launch of a 10 MHz wide B3 (1800 MHz) carrier. Telia announced the upgrade to LTE-A in August 2015 with the switch-on of 2C carrier aggregation (CA_3A-7A) offering peak data rates of up to 300 Mbps.
Following the merging of Telenor and Telia's LTE networks, Telia also offers a 3C CA service which has been progressively deployed by TT-Netværket since 2016, using B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), and B20 (800 MHz) bands.
In September 2018 the company announced the implementation of LTE-A Pro technologies 4x4 MIMO and 256QAM, reaching a 1 Gbps data rate milestone.
In June 2018 the company announced it would complete rollout of its national NB-IoT network by end of year. Concurrently, Telia would deploy an LTE-M (Cat-M1) network within its existing B20 (800 MHz) network.

5G Network
Telia and technology partner Nokia have conducted 5G tests at the company's office in Copenhagen in August 2018. The first live network tests were announced in February 2019, again to be performed in partnership with Nokia.
The TT-Netværket infrastructure sharing agreement enabled Telenor and Telia to commercially launch their 5G network in June 2021 using n78 (3500 MHz) initially, but shortly after adding n3 (1800 MHz) in August.
