4G Network
Yes launched its 4G LTE services on June 15, 2016, marking its entry as the fifth choice in Malaysia's 4G LTE mobile services market. The company achieved a significant milestone by covering 85% of the Malaysian population with its 4G network, surpassing Maxis' coverage of 82% at that time. Yes was also the first in Malaysia to offer Voice over LTE (VoLTE) services, enabling faster call connections and clearer voice quality. The network was built from the ground up with an all-IP architecture, making it the first and only all-4G and all-IP network provider in Malaysia. Yes owns and operates its own network infrastructure with close to 5,000 base stations across the country.
