Today it is a subsidiary of the Digicel Group, a global communications provider with operations in 31 markets. The parent company, Digicel Group, was founded by Irish entrepreneur Denis O'Brien in 2001.

Flow Bonaire is a telecommunications network operating in Bonaire. It is a trade name of the Caribbean former telecommunications provider Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC), known for marketing cable television, internet, telephone, and wireless services. Flow Bonaire came into existence following the acquisition of United Telecommunications Service (UTS) by CWC, replacing the UTS brand in the Dutch and French Caribbean. Kla Mobile (originally named Telbo) is a mobile network operating in Bonaire, part of the Netherlands Antilles. TELBO NV was originally part of Landsradiodienst. The company was incorporated March 23, 1983, although remained under the umbrella of Landsradiodienst until 1996. In 2001, after a reorganisation period the new TELBO was able to emerge as the only local company offering innovative and quality telecommunication services for the local market on Bonaire.
