India, with its diverse geography from Himalayan peaks to Indian Ocean coastline, spans 3.29 million square kilometres. The country is experiencing rapid growth in its telecommunications and technology sectors, driven by a burgeoning middle class and increased government investment. India has one of the largest telecommunications networks in the world, underpinned by extensive optical fibre networks and increasing 4G and 5G coverage. Renewables are also a growing focus, with India home to one of the world's largest solar farms in Pavagada and Bhadla.
