DIGIMobil is a telecommunications company operating in Hungary. It is a subsidiary of Digi Communications, a Romanian telecommunications holding company, founded by Zoltán Teszári. The parent company, Digi, was founded by Teszári, who remains the majority shareholder, and was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in May 2017. The company entered the Hungarian market in November 1998, after acquiring 15 small and medium cable companies in Budapest and three other cities.

In 2017, Digi Communications expanded its operations in Hungary through the acquisition of the Invitel cable company. The transaction initially received approval in May 2018 but was revoked in November 2018 due to non-competitive issues in certain areas. These issues were resolved and the transaction was completed in March 2020.
