The Bolloré Group has a complex and indirect holding structure, with the Bolloré family retaining majority control of the company. The company is currently led by Cyrille Bolloré, the son of Vincent Bolloré. Bolloré Telecom, as part of the Bolloré Group, is therefore ultimately under the control of the Bolloré family.
